In the last few days, we have to get a review from a busy happy customers that is sent to an existing broadband Britain.

In these difficult economic, one explanation may be some providers cut back to pay the cost of existing clients? Um, yes we think so.

What happened to Customer Service?

One thing that we see time and time again is that broadband customers loyal enough to the pile. They will stay with broadband providers through the good and bad, fuel prices, issue invoices etc.

Loyalty, however, not enough people to staff and broadband service provider when they face poor customer service . We have seen that there is nothing to motivate customers switching broadband providers over poor customer experience.

We found it interesting that, during these difficult times, that broadband service providers seem to be choosing cut costs in business is important to maintain the business (ie Customer Service ). This seemed odd at the end but we were not surprised.

In the UK, businesses can rely on the traditional English culture is not of praise from people complaining or cancel the contract. A business can assume that the average customer will not have the energy or will to follow through the end of complaints broadband contract cancellation.

What can you do?

Don t you have to put any crap from broadband providers.

Identify what your provider for your first step . In general, if you are not satisfied with the customer service you receive, realize that this may be under your broadband provider and cost cutting corners on customer service.

Furthermore, giving you the best chance to overcome a broadband provider of your complaint:

  • Tell your provider is not satisfied with your goods.

  • Tell your provider what you are not satisfied.

  • Tell your provider you want to do about your problem (s).

  • Set the time / limit to solve your problem. That the scales in your time.

  • Explain you do if the problem is not resolved your satisfaction.

Put everything in writing. If not resolved your problem, you may have grounds to seek legal advice for breach of contract or the need to investigate and monitor the sale of Goods Act. You can save any legal fees that you remove from your broadband provider.

Or..

If this all seems too difficult, simply choose to switch legs and broadband provider.
